Técnicas Reunidas in Madrid is seeking Senior Expediting professionals to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and vendor documentation by proactively monitoring supplier performance and mitigating risks. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams to support project schedules and improve supplier reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor supplier activities to ensure delivery schedule compliance.
• Identify potential delays; collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to mitigate.
• Review purchase orders, manufacturing progress, inspection status and shipping milestones.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Project Management teams.
• Conduct supplier meetings and expediting visits when required.
• Prepare expediting reports, risk assessments and recovery plans.
• Escalate critical issues affecting milestones or delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate progress and delivery forecasts; support project execution.

We are looking for Senior Expediting professionals to ensure the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and vendor documentation by proactively monitoring supplier performance, mitigating risks, and supporting project execution to achieve project schedule objectives

Main Competences:

• Monitor and expedite supplier activities to ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Review and track purchase orders, manufacturing progress, inspection status, and shipping milestones.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Project Management teams.
• Conduct supplier meetings and expediting visits when required.
• Prepare expediting reports, risk assessments, and recovery plans.
• Escalate critical issues affecting project milestones or delivery commitments.
• Verify timely submission and approval of vendor documentation.
• Support project execution by maintaining accurate progress and delivery forecasts.
