The Acquisition Manager will be mainly focused on managing our affiliate program, managing relationships, looking for new affiliates, making sure all deals are being respected. We are looking for a digital passionate individual, capable of identifying direct response partnerships to grow the business, bringing traffic, customers and visibility to the brand, whilst doing a smart and efficient spend of the budget.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving new cost-effective marketing deals into the business
  • Creating and nurturing key relationships both with existing and new partners to generate growth alongside a centralised affiliate program
  • Handling the commercial negotiation and onboarding new marketing deals
  • Delivering acquisition and retention campaigns to our partners both off the shelf and bespoke to meet the requirements of a given deal
  • Working with all marketing channels within the business to optimise the ROI for the market and ensure best practise
  • Working with the acquisition marketing administrators to ensure that core processes are adhered to
  • Working across departments to align country strategy and meet business objectives
  • Supporting the implementation and management of a mobile focused affiliate programme including the development of the Betway app acquisition strategy
  • Ensure the partnership deals and activations meet the current regulation, whilst the outcome is maximised.
  • Supporting the Marketing Managers/Head of Country/Central acquisition teams with the budget and operational cost control to achieve ROI requirements for the business
  • Drive key processes such as conversion, product enhancements and marketing offers forward, as well as working closely with the wider team
  • Market research to identify and exploit new partnership opportunities.

  • Technically proficient with core business IT programmes and the ability to adapt and learn new systems

  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
  • Experience of marketing in international markets
