Job summary

Array Tech, Inc. in Spain is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support the Finance department with daily accounting tasks and month-end close. This junior role focuses on routine data entry, reconciliations, basic analysis, and collaboration across the team while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Candidates should hold a degree in business/finance and have English at least B1; SAP/ERP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience; internships or trainee roles valued.
• English (B1 level).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record supplier invoices, employee expenses, and banking transactions in the accounting system.
• Assist with account reconciliations and basic accounting analysis.
• Support the preparation and submission of recurring tax filings.
• Maintain and organize accounting documentation and records.
• Provide support during the monthly closing process for STI Spain and its subsidiaries.
• Assist in gathering documentation for internal and external audits.
• Perform other administrative and accounting support tasks as required.
