Formación

The role you’ll play

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team in Valencia, Spain! Here you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy in all transactions related to the Company’s Accounts Receivable area.

The team you’ll be a part of

You will be part of a dynamic, international and competent department located in 3 different offices across Europe. The position reports directly to the Director of Accounting.

What you’ll do
  • Processing and supporting the sales functions, including liaising with operations and customer success teams and processing manual invoices if required
  • Prepare accounting related entries to registers, journals and logs
  • Follow (and implement) accounting processes and policies
  • Support accounts receivables activities (including collections) to ensure in accuracy and timeliness of receipts entries and collections
  • Research, understand and provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions
  • Regularly review, maintain and provide support for detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
  • AR & Collections: monitor overdue balances and follow up with customers
  • Collaboration in Financial Statements closing process for all companies of the Group
  • Preparation of materials for year-end audits - assisting external auditors
