• Intermediate level of English (B1-B2).

Responsabilidades

• Record and code invoices in NetSuite.
• Review invoices and purchase orders (POs).
• Support approval and follow-up flows with other departments.
• Collaborate on payment preparation and monthly closing tasks.
• Maintain documentation and internal controls for audits.

Job Description

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Trainee to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge

• Recording and coding invoices in NetSuite.
• Reviewing invoices and purchase orders (POs).
• Supporting approval and follow-up flows with other departments.
• Collaborating on payment preparation and monthly closing tasks.
• Maintaining documentation and internal controls for audits.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Currently studying a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Intermediate level of English (B1-B2).
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
