Job summary

MediaMarkt España, part of the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group, seeks an accounting professional to join its Global Business Services in Catalonia. You will handle daily financial transactions, invoice posting, and related activities within a dynamic team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a degree in finance administration, at least one year of experience, strong English, and SAP FI knowledge, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in finance administration or comparable training.
• At least one year of experience in the similar role.
• Advanced Office and valuable knowledge in SAP FI.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Ability to adapt to different work rhythms, proactivity and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute the tasks for the team ensuring maximum efficiency.
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data.
• Facilitate payment of invoices
• Daily invoice posting in SAP VIM
• Tickets resolution via Cherwell
• Maintenance and cleaning of transitory accounts.
• Review KPI on Daily & Weekly Basis

Mission

Manage the accounting cycle and administrative Accounting processes of MediaMarkt stores in order to comply with internal procedures.

Tasks
