Veepee, a leader in European e-commerce, seeks a full‑time student to join the finance team in Barcelona. You will maintain supplier accounts, post invoices, manage payments and communicate with brands regarding returns and penalties.

The role requires a finance/economics related degree, strong Excel and SAP skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Hybrid work is available, with up to 2 days home-based weekly.

Competenze

• Enrollment in a degree/masters in Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics.
• Experience not required but valued in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP (S/4HANA).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-changing environment.

Mansioni

• Maintain supplier accounts from invoices to reconciliation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Post invoices and manage payments per negotiated terms.
• Communicate returns and penalties to brands per guidelines.
• Maintain supplier balances and documents; follow up accounting items.
• Answer supplier inquiries by phone or email.
