The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, strong tax knowledge, and proficiency in ERP systems like SAGE. Responsabilidades

• Execute month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and adjustments.
• Record all financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and annual reports.
• Prepare and file tax returns.

About the role:

• Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Month-End Closing: Execute month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and adjustments.
• Financial Transactions: Record all financial transactions in the accounting system, such as accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and other general ledger entries.
• Bank and Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and annual reports.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
• Audit Support: Assist with audits and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage accounts receivable and payable, including collections and payments.
• Payment and Collection Management: Oversee payment and collection processes.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, handling the full accounting cycle (invoice registration, payroll processing, payment management, tax filing, etc.).
• Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• ERP Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAGE.
• Language: Intermediate level of English is mandatory.
• Skills: Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-oriented.
