Hellmann-Service-Center-S.a. in Spain seeks an Accounting Intern to support the finance team by performing data analyses, reconciling accounts, and assisting with daily transactions.

This role offers practical experience and a pathway to develop essential accounting skills within a global logistics company. You will help with bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close tasks, and reports, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate records and compliant documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform account reconciliations and validation of financial data.
• Support daily accounting transactions and documentation activities.
• Assist with bank reconciliation preparation and cash reporting activities.
• Support journal entry preparation and financial record maintenance.
• Help review, organize, and maintain supporting accounting documentation.
• Assist with partner account reconciliations and account balance monitoring.
• Support payment application activities and account clean-up initiatives.
• Assist with researching missing invoices and following up on documentation requirements.
• Help prepare statements of account and other accounting reports.
• Support month-end closing activities and related reconciliations.
• Assist with miscellaneous billing and financial data entry tasks.
• Support the preparation of reports, metrics, and accounting analyses.
• Participate in accounting process improvement projects and special initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and documentation issues.
• Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
