SLS Barcelona is offering a hospitality internship based in Barcelona. You will support the finance and procurement teams with order-to-cash and AP processes, gaining hands-on experience in a luxury hotel environment.

The role requires studying hospitality and fluent English, with a preference for candidates willing to commit to a six-month period and to sign an agreement with their school.

Formación

• You´re studying a bachelor´s/master´s degree in hospitality or a related field
• Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software are required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Fluent in English and able to work within SLS Barcelona’s culture

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile check requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Liaise with purchasing department in solving discrepancies.
• Process invoices and ensure approvals.
• Resolve supplier inquiries and support in preparing payments.
• Assist with month-end closing and ledger entries.
• Provide support for supplier accounts reconciliation duties.
• Prepare reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with procedures.
• Provide support for ad-hoc tasks in the department.
