BMAT Music Innovators in Barcelona is seeking an Accounting Intern to support day-to-day accounting operations and learn the ins and outs of the function. The role targets students in CFGS/CFGM programs who want hands-on experience in an international company.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, with strong Excel skills and an eagerness to learn, collaborate with the AR team, and contribute to timely financial processes in a music-focused business.

Formación

• Currently studying a Vocational Training Program (CFGM/CFGS) in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in your work.
• A team player who enjoys learning and collaborating.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the AR Specialist to prepare, update, and maintain the customer aging report, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Create and track customer collection claims, logging outcomes and driving them to resolution.
• Record customer payments in the ERP system and perform bank reconciliations, investigating and clearing discrepancies.
• Support the Accounting team with administrative and manual tasks that keep operations running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for students in vocational training programs (CFGS/CFGM in Accounting, Finance, or similar) who want to gain real experience in an international company.

Previous experience in the music business is a plus. A strong belief that music can save the world is a must.
