We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to support our Finance Department. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing and internationally recognized aerospace company, providing essential support in accounting and administrative tasks. Location : Madrid (Spain).

Main responsibilities

• Support in processing supplier and client invoices.
• Assist in monthly accounting tasks (account reconciliations, postings, expense reports, etc.).
• Maintain financial records and ensure documentation is properly organized.
• Provide support in bank reconciliations and payment processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager in daily administrative and accounting tasks.

Required qualifications and experience

• Vocational Education and Training (Grado Medio or Superior) in Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and interest in developing a career in finance.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Valued :
• English proficiency, given the company’s international environment.
• Good knowledge of accounting automation tools.
