Auxadi is seeking certified accountants with local experience in Portugal to join our International Desk in Madrid. You will perform technical accounting tasks under the guidance of your Manager, maintaining records and ensuring compliance across multi-country operations.

The role includes data entry, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting, with training and a multicultural environment offered by Auxadi.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Fluent English and international work experience.
• Accounting professional with proven experience.
• Experience in a professional services company is preferred.
• Knowledge of Business Central is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Financial data entry and maintenance: enter transactions accurately.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: process invoices and payments.
• Bank Reconciliation: reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.

Carry out technical work according to instructions from your Manager, and according to established procedures.

Mantain accured records and documentation.

What will my functions be?

• Financial data entry and maintenance: Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software. Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices and payments.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor and track bank transactions.
• Financial Reporting: Generate and prepare financial reports for management. Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
