Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Accountant in bookkeeping and monthly closing activities
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate records
• Handle expense reports and bank reconciliations
• Assist with payroll administration and coordination with external providers
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
• Contribute to process improvements and help ensure compliance with internal controls
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department (e.g. document management, supplier onboarding, coordination with other departments)
• Assist with VAT‑related tasks, including correct use of VAT codes and basic reverse‑charge checks for international invoices
• Prepare basic balance‑sheet reconciliations (e.g. VAT, AP / AR aging, payroll‑related accounts) under the guidance of the Senior Accountant
• Assist with intercompany invoice checks and help ensure correct subsidiary and tax treatment
• Help maintain accurate vendor and employee master data in the ERP system

Your Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Educational background in finance, accounting, or business administration
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system is a strong advantage
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with modern digital tools
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are an asset)
• Meticulous, proactive, and reliable — with a natural drive for accuracy and improvement
• Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
