Account Project Coordinator (Spanish & English)
Fluent in Spanish and English, with proficiency in Italian or French. This role is located in Barcelona, working from home one day per week, with a flexible schedule from 8:00/9:00 a.m. to 5:00/6:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and an optional Friday timetable.

Responsibilities
- Maintain strong customer relationships through daily contacts, ensuring repeat business runs smoothly on time and within budget.
- Organize workflow within the Sales Coordination Hub (SCH) to meet customer timeframes, following standard processes and delivering timely replies.
- Manage existing accounts, monitor progress, coordinate meetings, and oversee project team members to maintain expert communication.
- Collaborate closely with sales to understand market needs, improve customer relationships, and keep sales informed of issues, complaints, and escalations.
- Support sales in new business opportunities and coordinate customer complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution with other departments.
- Execute operational forecasting, trial management, complaint processes, customer satisfaction, and chain coordination to drive continuous improvement (order patterns, print proposals, operational forecast).
- Participate in special projects as needed, ensuring consistent processes across the supply chain organization.
- Escalate issues to the reporting manager in a timely manner to resolve any issues and maintain effective customer responses.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with proficiency in Italian or French.
- University studies or equivalent level obtained by work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years proven successful record in a similar role within project management, internal sales, or operations.
- Preference for candidates with professional experience in the packaging sector or in multi-site organizations of similar size.
- Experience in a multinational industrial environment is a plus.
- Excellent Office skills and experience working with ERP and/or CRM.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
- Adaptable to frequent changes and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
