Solardrone, a leading startup in drone and AI inspections for renewable energy in Spain, is looking to hire a Full-Cycle Account Manager. With massive scaling potential and demonstrated traction, we are looking for someone ambitious, autonomous, and with a track record in B2B sales for our sales department.

A Full‑Cycle Account Manager with experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in renewables, to manage the complete sales cycle in key regions (Spain / Europe or USA / Latam, depending on assignment). Flexible and remote work, with a hybrid option. An opportunity to join a young, talented, and motivated team in an agile environment where you will contribute directly to growth.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B consultative sales, ideally in renewables
  • ~ data-driven with KPIs.
  • ~ Fluent Spanish and English (core); German / French (for Europe) or Portuguese (for Latam / USA) is a bonus.
  • ~ Good communication, networking, and problem‑solving skills; you believe in our North Star of leading the transition to the autonomous solar plant.
  • ~ Experience in agile startups; a technical background (engineer) is preferred to understand drone / AI inspection products.
