Schedule : Monday to Friday, 09 : 00-18 : 00

Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture client accounts across the hospitality industry.
  • Build strong relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
  • Identify new opportunities using CRM tools and convert them into results.
  • Support clients with hotel availability, bookings, meetings, and events.
  • Recommend tailored solutions and upsell where possible.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Participate in sales initiatives, campaigns, and business development projects.
Qualifications
  • Are native or fluent in Norwegian, with advanced English.
  • Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and working toward clear goals.
  • Are confident with digital tools (CRM systems, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Have a background or interest in sales or hospitality (a plus, not a must).
  • Love connecting with people and helping them find the right solutions.
