Solardrone, a leading startup in drone and AI inspections for renewable energy in Spain, is looking to hire a Full-Cycle Account Manager. We are looking for...

An Account Manager (Full-Cycle) with experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in renewables, to manage the complete sales cycle in key regions (Spain / Europe or USA / Latam, depending on assignment). You must have the initiative to generate your own leads and close complex deals.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B consultative sales, ideally in renewables.
  • Demonstrated ability in prospecting, negotiation, and closing complex cycles; data-driven with KPIs.
  • A "builder" mindset: autonomous, resilient, with the initiative to open markets and travel frequently.
  • Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (core); German / French (for Europe) or Portuguese (for Latam / USA) is a bonus.
  • Good communication, networking, and problem-solving skills; you believe in our North Star of leading the transition to the autonomous solar plant.
  • Experience in agile startups; a technical background (engineer) is preferred to understand drone / AI inspection products.
