Position: Account Manager Executive
Location: Remote within Spain
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance objectives.
- Focus on developing new business within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment through proactive outbound activities.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and revenue growth.
- Monitor, manage, and report on sales activities to align with overall business goals and strategic plans.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals that meet client requirements and company standards.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the company CRM, ensuring full documentation of all client interactions and sales processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales and achieving or exceeding set targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer literacy.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting revenue.
- Previous experience in channel or partner sales will be considered an advantage.
