Position

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team. This role can be based whether in Vilnius, Lithuania or La Linea, Spain. As Account Manager with an emphasis on working with our existing partners, active sales, and compliance support at BetGames, you’ll take the reins on both maintaining current accounts and aggressively expanding our customer footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management : proactively develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring optimal positioning of our games, timely launch of new products and features and handling daily requests
  • Promotional Activities : actively secure recurring promotional activities to maximize customer engagement and revenue generation
  • Compliance Support : lead certification projects and own relationships with testing labs
  • Active Sales : Execute aggressive sales strategies to extend our market share and increase revenue
  • Internal Coordination : serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams (i.e., legal, compliance, integrations, product) to assure efficient and effective project execution
  • Sales Pipeline : Aggressively maintain and develop the sales pipeline with a focus on upsell opportunities and strategic growth
  • Industry Events : Represent BetGames at industry events and conferences, leveraging networking opportunities for active sales prospects
  • Reporting : Regularly update the Head of Account Management, Head of Sales and other stakeholders on sales activities, account performance, market trends, and competitor movements
We expect you have
  • At least 1 year of B2B account management experience (experience in B2C sales, VIP management or similar will also be considered)
  • Fluency in Russian and English – both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills
  • Unquestionable reliability and discipline, particularly in managing multiple simultaneous projects
  • Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings
Location

Can be based in Vilnius, Lithuania or La Linea, Spain

Salary range

30 000 – 40 000 EUR gross annually
