A global event management company is seeking an Account Lead to manage customer accounts. This role involves ensuring smooth event delivery, guiding internal teams, and fostering customer relationships. Candidates should have at least 3 years of customer service experience, a minimum of a 2 year degree, and be proficient in English at a C-Level. The position is remote, with preferred candidates based in the CET timezone.
