A growing real estate company in Spain is seeking an Account Executive to manage inbound leads and help convert them into signed mandates. The role requires strong sales and communication skills, with fluency in French and English, and preferably Spanish. The position offers a competitive salary, attractive commissions, and a flexible work environment within a multicultural team. Ideal candidates are proactive and based in Valencia or Madrid.

As our inbound lead flow grows, we’re looking for a smart, proactive, and people‑oriented Account Executive to turn interest into action—and help us convert more buyer and seller leads into signed mandates.
You’ll join at a critical moment in the client journey, after the first discovery call, which is handled by one of the two co‑founders of Terreta Spain. From there, your job is to follow up closely and close, working across both buyer and seller profiles to increase:
