In this exciting new career opportunity, you'll be reporting to the Head of Global Field Marketing and Campaigns on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

Role Overview

As an Account Based Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and executing high-impact programs for our most strategic accounts. This role is 30% strategic and 70% execution focused. The ABM Manager will collaborate with Global Accounts Program leaders, sales, and field marketers to engage key personas, accelerate pipeline, and drive growth across a defined set of priority accounts. You will:

  • Define strategic accounts and create marketing plans aligned with growth objectives
  • Develop detailed profiles of key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts to guide campaign messaging and design
  • Design and deliver multi-channel, highly targeted ABM campaigns (1:few and selective 1:many) with support from Marketing Operations & Automation
  • Work with product marketing and content teams to create account-specific messaging, collateral, and sales enablement materials
  • Partner with account managers and sales leaders to integrate marketing with account plans, track performance, report on ROI, and optimize campaigns
  • Orchestrate ABM activities across channels, leverage CRM/automation tools (e.g., Dynamics 365 Marketing), and share strategies and learnings globally to support account growth
What You'll Offer
  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on ABM or account-focused demand generation
  • Proven experience designing and executing ABM campaigns for 1:few or 1:many programs
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas, account segmentation, and customer journey mapping to inform campaign planning
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across email, social, content syndication, and paid media, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools (Dynamics 365 Marketing preferred)
  • Ability to track account engagement, analyse campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize ABM initiatives
  • Proven ability to work closely with sales, account managers, and field marketing teams to align marketing programs with business objectives
  • Outstanding writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to balance strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced environment; fluency in English required; additional European languages highly desirable
