Job summary

Capitole Consulting ищет эксперта по доступности для международного проекта по улучшению доступности веб‑приложений. Ваша задача — исследовать дефекты доступности и внедрять решения в контейнерах компонентов.

Кандидат должен владеть WCAG 2.1/2.2, ARIA и иметь опыт работы с React/Angular/Web Components. Работа предполагает самостоятельность, высокий технический уровень и коммуникацию на английском языке.

Qualifications

• Глубокие знания WCAG 2.1/2.2 и ARIA.
• Опыт отладки доступности в общих библиотеках компонентов.
• Опыт с React, Angular, Web Components, SPA и не-SPA.
• Способность работать независимо и развивать решения от начала до конца.
• Уверенное владение английским языком.

Responsibilities

• Исследование и исправление сложных дефектов доступности.
• Проверка решений по стандартам WCAG и реальным сценариям пользователей.

Capitole is an IT services and consulting company seeking to improve web accessibility through an international project with one of its clients.

Задачи:

• Investigate and resolve complex accessibility defects
• Validate solutions against WCAG standards and real user behavior
• Improve the quality and accessibility of reusable components
• Prevent recurring accessibility issues through sustainable solutions
• Work autonomously in a highly technical, execution-focused environment

Требования:

• Strong hands-on experience in web accessibility at expert level
• Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, WAI-ARIA, and Section 508
• Experience debugging accessibility issues in shared component libraries
• Experience across frontend technologies, including React, Angular, Web Components, SPA, and non-SPA applications
• Ability to work independently and drive solutions end-to-end
• Strong communication skills in English
• Будет плюсом: experience with design systems or enterprise component libraries, collaboration with UX and Design teams, knowledge of accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies
