A language education company is seeking an Academic Coordinator in Santander, Spain. In this full-time role, you will guide teachers, evaluate student performance, and ensure excellence through constant training. Formación

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Have a Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up and guide teachers in class preparation and student evaluation.
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester.
• Carry out follow-ups on student progress and attendance.

For our school in SANTANDER we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team!

As Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Follow up and guiding your teachers in class preparation, student evaluation and other events.
• Carrying out follow-up of the students (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester / story.
• Constant training to ensure excellence in your work.

Requirements

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Have a Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.
• A team player : if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in!
