Kids&Us Language School in Fuenlabrada is seeking an Academic Coordinator to guide teachers, oversee lesson planning, and coordinate school events.

You will monitor student progress, communicate with families, and conduct trimester evaluations. Proficiency in English is essential, with C2 level preferred; teaching experience is a plus.

This permanent role offers 30 hours per week and starts immediately, working onsite at our Fuenlabrada location.

Formación

• Full proficiency in English (C2 level; min C1)
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record

Responsabilidades

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events
• Monitor student progress and follow up with families (reports, attendance, progress)
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story

Your role

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
