Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe, Spain, seeks a professional for the role of A400M MRO Network A/C Manager. You will coordinate maintenance, retrofit, and working parties, lead execution teams, and manage subcontracted activities, ensuring timely progress and risk mitigation across the TASOS23 program.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in aerospace engineering, advanced English, and substantial experience in maintenance and program management, with willingness to travel.

Formación

• University degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• Good command of English (advanced).
• EMAR Part66 C Licence with A400M habilitation is a plus.
• Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance required.
• Proven track record in project/program management.
• Knowledge of Lean and process improvement methods.
• Strong leadership in manufacturing engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Maintenance/Retrofit/Working Parties preparation activities and tracking.
• Lead maintenance/retrofit/working parties execution and report progress to customer and internal teams.
• Manage workload resources and oversee subcontracted activities, reporting status and mitigating risks.

Conocimientos

Aerospace Engineering degree

Advanced level of English

EMAR Part66 C Licence with A400M habil

Job Description: A vacancy for a A400M MRO Network A/C Manager (d/m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Spain. The successful applicant will join TASOS23 department.

Task & accountabilities

• (1) Coordinate Maintenance/Retrofit/Working Parties preparation activities: Set up Cost offer creation Ensure coordination and preparation action tracking Ensure Material and GSE availability Define resource need and intervention planning Confirm resource availability Ensure local logistic
• (2) Lead Maintenance/Retrofit/Working Parties Execution: Lead local maintenance teams(Make/Buy) Lead work execution in TCQ Interface and report progress to customer and internal organization
• (3) Lead Working Party Team: Manage workload resources Lead Technically subcontracted activities Report status Report and mitigate risks

Required skills

• University degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced level of English
• EMAR Part66 C Licence with A400M habilitation is a plus
• Strong Experience in Aircraft Maintenance
• Strong Experience in Project/Program Management
• Knowledge of Lean and Process improvement methods
• Manufacturing Engineer Leadership skills
