Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Seville is seeking a Professional to lead an airframe production command for A400M. You will manage a production team, drive improvements, and ensure safe, compliant operations within the local legal framework.

• Engineering degree in aeronautical, mechanical or industrial engineering.
• At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering.
• Advanced level English.
• Knowledge of A400M and related IT tools for manufacturing processes.
• Office software proficiency; SAP/SIPLA/TLB experience is a plus.

Job Description

An opportunity for an Airframe A400M production command has arisen in San Pablo (Sevilla).

RESPONSIBILITIES

As member of the management team, manages, leads, develops and engages a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements, with respect to the country work legal context. Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces. Outputs: Deliver products on time, on quality on cost, in a safe and healthy environment with competent and engaged people, with respect to the country work legal environment.

SKILLS

• Education: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
• Experience: At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering.
• Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics and on changing enviroment. Problem solving.
• Languages: Advanced level in English.
• Technical knowledge: Knowledge in A400M and related IT tools for manufacturing process (SAP, SIPLA,TLB etc). Office is a must.
• Valuable / Nice to have: experience in managing teams and risk management.
