Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe, Spain is seeking an A400M MRO Network A/C Manager to join the TASOS23 department. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance, retrofit, and working parties, ensuring resources, logistics and schedules align with customer requirements.

You will lead local maintenance teams, manage work execution, and report progress while mitigating risks. Strong English, aerospace background, and leadership are essential, with willingness to travel.

Formación

• University degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Advanced level of English is required.
• EMAR Part66 C Licence with A400M habilitation is a plus.
• Strong experience in Aircraft Maintenance.
• Strong experience in Project/Program Management.
• Knowledge of Lean and Process improvement methods.
• Manufacturing Engineer background helps.
• Leadership and strong communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Working Party Team and manage workload/resources, including subcontracted activities.

Job Description:

A vacancy for a A400M MRO Network A/C Manager (d/m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Spain. The successful applicant will join TASOS23 department.

Task & accountabilities :

Applied to the A400M Fleet:

(1) Coordinate Maintenance/Retrofit/Working Parties preparation activities:

• Set up
• Cost offer creation
• Ensure coordination and preparation action tracking
• Ensure Material and GSE availability
• Define resource need and intervention planning
• Confirm resource availability
• Ensure local logistic

(2) Lead Maintenance/Retrofit/Working Parties Execution:

• Lead local maintenance teams(Make/Buy)
• Lead work execution in TCQ
• Interface and report progress to customer and internal organization

(3) Lead Working Party Team:

• Manage workload resources
• Lead Technically subcontracted activities
• Report status
• Report and mitigate risks

Required skills:

• University degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced level of English
• EMAR Part66 C Licence with A400M habilitation is a plus
• Strong Experience in Aircraft Maintenance
• Strong Experience in Project/Program Management
• Knowledge of Lean and Process improvement methods
• Manufacturing Engineer
