Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking an Engineering Change Manager in Getafe to lead configuration management for the Military Aircraft Configuration Engineering team. You will drive changes for the A400M programme and coordinate CM activities across design, systems analysis, manufacturing engineering, and program configuration.

The role offers regular teleworking and requires proactive, innovative thinking.

Formación

• Educated to Aeronautical or Industrial engineering degree or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in Aeronautic domain in Configuration Management, Design, Systems Analysis, or related areas.
• 2 years of Configuration Management experience in Airbus programmes A400M / A350 / A380.
• Advanced level in English; Spanish valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage modifications flow.
• Support to the preparation of modifications documents (CR/TRS).
• Support to certification process for authorities.
• Prepare reports on the configuration at different stages.
• Define general criteria and requirements for the design product structure and support its creation.
• Participate as representative in Configuration meetings.
• Check if design product structure complies with change objectives and procedures.
• Define requirements for PLM configurations related to CM tasks; verify and validate implementation.
• Support updating configuration procedures in the Design Organization Manual.
• Support the centre of competence in transversal activities, implementing new processes and tools.
