Volotea is seeking an unlicensed Line Maintenance Mechanic in Bilbao for a full-time, on-site role with hands-on A320 family exposure. You will perform MOE tasks, troubleshoot defects, conduct safety checks, and ensure proper log completion under supervision per EASA Part-145.

Carry out line maintenance and defect rectification, coordinate with Maintenance Control Center, and ensure release documentation is complete.

Formación

• EASA Part 147 approved course to obtain an Aircraft Maintenance License or EASA Part 66 License without type rating.
• Previous experience in aviation MRO environment: Line Maintenance, Maintenance Control or Airline Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems.
• Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively to all related parties both verbally and written.
• Fluent English spoken & written compulsory.
• French, Spanish and Italian will be considered a plus.
• Self-disciplined, highly organized individual able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and cooperative attitude.
• Working knowledge of AMOS and Airbus World.
• Willing to work on 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out and verify line maintenance tasks per MOE, assess omissions and defer with operator.
• Rectify and troubleshoot inbound or routine defects and defer defects per plan.
• Ensure no non-compliances endangering flight safety and proper release of technical logs.
• Support aircraft and coordinate with Maintenance Control Center to resolve issues and minimize impact.
• Provide clear instructions to flight crew in the technical log for airworthiness and reports.
• Line station housekeeping and manage logistics for tooling and parts per EASA Part-145.
