A leading smart home technology company in Madrid is seeking a Key Account Manager to develop and expand their business in Spain. The role involves building relationships with distributors and retailers, managing sales forecasts, and collaborating with marketing for brand awareness. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in sales within Consumer Electronics or IT, with fluent English skills.

Job Overview

We are currently searching for a Key Account Manager to develop our business in Spanish . This is for our Smart Home brand IMOU.

This is a hybrid role – you will be hunting for new business opportunities and managing new / existing accounts.

IMOU is a global leader in Smart Home segment . IMOU has built a reputation in overseas market as the go to vendor for Smart Security & Smart Home.

Set up as a subsidiary of Dahua Group which is the second largest surveillance & security manufacturer in the world, IMOU has been established to make smart home security & technology much easier to operate / use. IMOU’s product lines include Smart Security, Smart Lock, Smart Energy / Lighting, IOT, Smart Robotics, Storage & Cloud.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand a network of distributors, retailers, master dealers, resellers within Consumer Electronics channels and CCTV, IT.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to grow sales volume, increase market share, and strengthen brand presence.
  • Track partners’ purchasing, sell-out, and inventory data to identify potential risks and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for key accounts.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to boost brand awareness and support promotional initiatives such as workshops, online webinars, and roadshows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in Consumer Electronics channels or CCTV, IT.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and a successful track record in developing key accounts or master dealers.
  • Fluent in English.
