An innovative tech company in Madrid is seeking an experienced Scientific Program Coordinator to support the development of advanced 6G demonstrator platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless systems and proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams. This position requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You will be responsible for aligning engineering efforts and contributing to the technical roadmaps and program structure. Formación

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Solid background in wireless communications, RF / mmWave, telecom systems, or related research fields.
• Experience coordinating scientific programs, research initiatives, or multi-partner R&D environments.
• Understanding of 5G / 6G concepts such as ISAC, NTN, or advanced system architectures.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate work across several next-generation wireless demonstrators.
• Support planning, integration, debugging, and validation activities.
• Ensure alignment between engineering contributors, research groups, and scientific stakeholders.
• Assist with technical questions and coordination of program deliverables.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and high-level program structure.
