Manbau in Valencia is seeking a Test Technician to perform tests in line with specifications, methods and HSE rules, and to maintain day-to-day level 0 upkeep of equipment. You will record results and prepare reports for review by the Airbag Engineer.

The role requires English proficiency, meticulousness and the ability to interpret test catalogs. You will participate in 5S, quality procedures, and attend planned trainings and meetings with punctuality.

Formación

• Minimum education level: FP technician or equivalent, with 1–3 years of experience.
• English required.
• Rigorous by applying the expected rules and able to interpret testing catalogues.

Responsabilidades

• Perform tests in line with specifications, test methods and regulations in the specified time.
• Record the test results in the test report or in the airbag matrix and send it to the Airbag Engineer for review.
• Maintain level 0 of the equipment and ensure maintenance activities.
• Inform manager in case of deviation and collaborate with Airbag Testing Group Leader if any doubt or non-conformity.
• Attend punctual to top 5 trainings, planned training or other meetings invitations.
• Respect HSE rules, EPI and 5S in the department.
• Respect quality procedures and confidentiality rules.

Overall responsibilities and duties:

Responsible to perform tests and to do the report with respect of procedures, planning and HSE rules. Also, operator is responsible for day-to-day maintenance "level 0" of theequipment. The main missions of the role are:- Performance & QCDP:

• Responsible to perform tests in line with specifications, test methods andregulations in the specified time.
• Record the test results in the test report or in the airbag matrix and send it to the Airbag Engineer for review
• Optimize equipment using
• Responsible to perform the tests according to the time schedule, and alerts his/her manager in case of deviation
• Insure doing the test report in defined timing Inform/ask for advice to the Airbag Testing Group Leader if any doubt or non-conformity
• Insure maintenance level 1 of his/her equipment
• Collaborate in general tasks related with testing department (QRCI, others)
• Use of the equipment according to manual instructions and special care
• Respect general laboratory rules
• Attend punctually to the top 5, training planned or other meetings invitations
• HSE:
• Respect of HSE rules, EPI
• Purpose HSE improvements for his/her workstation
• Insure 5S in his/her department
• Quality:
• Respect the quality procedures in line with his/her job
• Respect confidentiality rules

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum education level: FP technician or significant experience in same domain(between 1 and 3 years)Experience:

• User level knowledge of computer technology
