Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking a 3P Manager to oversee third-party carrier partnerships and optimize our pickup and returns network across Europe. You will drive Last Mile volume into 3P pickup networks while focusing on customer experience and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, science or business.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+).
• Experience with project management.
• Experience with SQL and data analytics.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
• Proven ability to manage third-party partnerships and vendor relationships.
• Stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels.
• Experience driving cost reduction initiatives with measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

• Manage third-party carrier relationships and network performance across Europe.
• Coordinate with AMZL operations to ensure flow into 3P networks and resolve friction points.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience in pickup/returns.
• Drive cost savings and efficiency via data analysis for network optimization.
• Implement improvements to customer touchpoints and KPIs across the network.
• Analyze performance data with SQL to identify trends and root causes.
• Collaborate with ops, tech, procurement, and marketing to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support contract negotiations and service level agreements for optimal rates.
