Scopely is seeking a skilled 3D Artist to join the Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. You will create 3D models in the game's established art style, collaborating with 2D artists and implementing assets into Unity.

You will also leverage AI-assisted tools to improve quality and efficiency, while following the production pipeline. You will mentor junior team members, communicate with other departments to fulfill asset requests, and ensure timely delivery.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience as a 3D artist in games, preferably mobile/casual.
• Proven fluency with AI-assisted tools in 3D production while maintaining quality.
• Track record shipping multiple titles as a 3D artist.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling and texturing across industry-standard tools.
• Positive attitude and ability to give and receive objective feedback.

Scopely is looking for a 3D Artist to join the Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

What You Will Do

• Create 3D models that capture Monopoly GO!'s established art style, working closely with 2D concept artists and building your understanding of the pipeline as you go
• Apply AI-assisted tools within your 3D workflow, using sound judgment to identify where they improve quality, iteration, or efficiency
• Learn and follow the 3D pipeline for exporting and optimizing assets to Unity, flagging friction where you notice it
• Provide guidance and share relevant knowledge with junior 3D artists
• Communicate with departments outside the art team to understand asset requests, and deliver quality work on time

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years experience as a 3D artist working in games, with experience in casual mobile game art styles
• Demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted tools relevant to 3D production, with experience applying them to real production tasks while maintaining quality
• Track record shipping multiple titles as a 3D artist
• High proficiency in 3D modeling (3ds Max, Maya, Blender) and texturing (Photoshop, Substance, 3D-Coat), with experience importing and optimizing assets in Unity
• Positive attitude and the ability to give and receive objective feedback

Bonus

• Experience navigating brand guidelines and IP stewardship of at least one externally-licensed IP
• 2D concepting and paint-over skills, enabling AI-assisted concept-to-3D-asset workflows
• A passion for playing and making games
