A leading beauty company is seeking a VIE Corporate Sustainability / Marketing – Digital Assistant to support initiatives in Mexico City. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on marketing activities, including content creation and market research. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a strong interest in sustainability and marketing. Fluency in English is required and Spanish knowledge is advantageous. The company offers relocation support, including accommodation and professional training.

We are looking for international talent to go on VIE/International AssignmentinMexico City, Mexico

General Description:

The mission of the position is to perform a dual set of functions over the course of two years.

During the first year:

  • Assist in the implementation plan to drive the LATAM roadmap for the division, including governance and execution plan, cross-functional business partners
  • Develop streamlined reporting tools, tracking, and verification processes as needed. Monitor and tracking of progress in partnership with project support representatives to track collective KPIs and progress
  • Environmental & Market Research. Provide ad-hoc research, data collection, information synthesis, and consumer insights data to inform decisions
  • Monthly meeting support and analysis drafting, e.g., PowerPoint briefing decks and research memos on environmental sustainability topics

During the second year:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in various initiatives. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual looking to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting with content creation, social media management, email campaigns, event coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of marketing activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong passion for marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Social Media Management:

Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and support content strategy development.

Email Campaign Assistance:

Help create, send, and analyze email marketing campaigns.

Market Research:

Gather data on market trends, competitors, and target audiences.

Event Coordination:

Support the planning and execution of marketing events.

Performance Reporting:

Collect campaign data and prepare basic performance reports.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage marketing calendars and departmental support tasks.

Required Experience and Knowledge:
  • Recent graduate from a Bachelor’s or Master program, ideally pursuing a degree in one of the following areas, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability & CSR, Sustainable Development, Business, Finance or Marketing.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous internship or professional experience in Marketing, Trade, or Digital (ideally in FMCG, Healthcare, or Beauty industries).
  • An experience in Sustainability & CSR or Sustainable Development will be a big plus
  • Quick learning and problem-solving are a must, as well as interest in a broad range of sustainability topics
  • Highly organized, reliable, and self-starting with strong project management skills
  • Able to multitask, analyze, and solve complex issues
  • English is mandatory and Spanish Will be a plus
