We are currently looking for a Style Advisor to work 12 hours a week in our store in Palma de Mallorca. In this role, you will be a key piece in the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers, creating added value to the brand and being a brand ambassador of PDPAOLA.

Daily Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for providing a unique and personalized shopping experience to our customers, sharing our values, brand philosophy, and advising on our collections.
• In line with PDPAOLA's values, you will provide premium and exceptional attention to our customers, as well as provide them with a unique shopping experience and 360º branding, as they are our greatest treasure.
• Support in daily organizational functions, product ordering, restocking, and inventory control.
• Personalized welcome and farewell for each customer.
• Sales process for the different products in the store.

What We Are Looking For:

• We are looking for a person with commercial orientation and customer management, enthusiastic, proactive, and positive, flexible, and empathetic, with attention to detail and sensitivity to the product and the brand.
• Valuable professional experience in retail sales, in the fashion, beauty, accessories, or luxury sector, ideally in the jewelry sector.
• Teamwork.
• Organized, proactive, and resolute person, with initiative and high communication skills.
