Cloud Network Services Engineer

Overview

Para la segunda empresa de Telecomunicaciones más grande de EEUU., buscamos Cloud Network Services Engineer , Ofrecemos contrato indefinido directo con el cliente final.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings and conferences to gather requirements and discuss architectural decisions.
• Work in an Agile environment
• Assist the Subscriber Management / BRAS Team in designing network functions within a Cloud environment (Google Cloud is the targeted platform).
• Translate existing bare metal hosted environments to a cloud-based system, for handing network service functions such as Radius and DNS, as well as future considerations of Virtual BNG, DHCP in the Cloud and Walled Garden functions.

Qualifications

• English proficiency (C1 / C2).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems or related field or the equivalent in training and experience
• 4+ years’ experience in Cloud service platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and tools such as Google Cloud Log Explorer and data analytics tools.
• 3 years of scripting language development experience (BASH KSH, csh, etc.).
• Experience with one or more languages, such as Python, Perl or similar.
• Experience with Databases and how best to host these in a cloud environment.
• Experience with JSON REST APIs and familiarity with Postman or other API design platform such as Apigee and / or Swagger.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (BigQuery, Mongo, SQL, Kafka) is a plus.
• Familiarity with network services including TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS, and Radius.
• Intermediate experience with traditional server-based Network Management Systems (NMS) is a bonus.

• Trabajo : Preferiblemente que residan en Madrid, pero les vale en cualquier punto de España. Para los que estén en Madrid, tienen que ir 2 días a la semana a las oficinas (situadas en Méndez Álvaro), pueden elegir los días de teletrabajo. Para las personas que van más de 2 días / semana a la oficina se puede gestionar plaza de aparcamiento gratuita en el parking de las oficinas.
• Si hay algún perfil muy bueno que no quiere o no puede ir a la oficina, se puede valorar, son flexibles).

Salario : 70.000 € brutos anuales + 15% de bonus.
