Misión: Reportando al líder de célula, es responsable de la mejora continua dentro de la unidad organizativa, para reducir las paradas no planificadas y los ciclos de cambio mediante el establecimiento, mejora y eficiencia del proceso, el análisis de los datos sobre pérdidas, la definición de soluciones y su implementación, dentro del sistema de gestión diaria.
