What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and work on exciting projects for one of our clients in the banking sector.

Your role as a Business Analyst will be to understand users' needs and problems daily and help find solutions.

Mandatory requirements:

• Bridge between stakeholders and development team.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Anticipate customer journeys and business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Support the product owner in decision-making.

Supporting business transition and change management:

• Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Understand finance product supply chains.
• Update functional documentation and explain new concepts to non-technical users.

Test plan definition and execution:

• Support the SDET in generating testing scenarios and creating test data/files, lead UAT, define and perform user acceptance testing, and report bugs and results.
