• Location: Work from Home (anywhere in Portugal)
• Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (6 months) – potential for extension
• Industry: Outsourcing/BPO
• Languages: French (C2) & English (B2+)
• Compensation: €1000/month x14 + bonuses + benefits

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
• Troubleshoot issues and provide fast, effective solutions
• Collaborate with your team to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Native/Fluent in French (C2) and good English (B2+)
• Residing anywhere in Portugal with valid EU work rights
• All necessary equipment provided
