This is a part-time remote role for an Investing Adviser to invest in some of Sustainable Wealth Group's startup clients raising funds at the Pre-Seed to Series A stage. The role will be to work with our client's Board of Directors on specific requirements based on your experience and expertise. Disclaimer - It is not a requirement to invest.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Board of Directors on investment strategy and specific requirements based on your experience.
• Evaluate startup fundraising rounds from Pre-Seed to Series A and provide advisory input.
• Assist with due diligence processes and investment considerations.
• Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as an investment adviser or similar role in early-stage startups or venture capital.
• Strong understanding of fundraising stages, term sheets, and due diligence.
• Ability to work remotely part-time and communicate with executive leadership.
