We’re growing and continue to increase our global reach! For this, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Assistant to manage our company's procurement activities.

What you will do

  • Support the members of the management team and other team members.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to optimize time and financial conditions.
  • Organize suppliers and deliveries for the office, clinic, and departments such as marketing, printing kits, telephone lines, and others.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for team members with the best prices and routes.
  • Be the point of contact between the clinic's water and cleaning providers.
  • Assist with the collection of documents by employees and the accounting department where necessary.
  • Support the management team with agenda management and other requests.
  • Help collect and organize statistics for the management team.
  • Receive visitors.
  • Perform administrative tasks.

What we expect from you

  • High school diploma required.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills.
