Job summary

Temp-Team A/S seeks a Maintenance & Engineering Manager in Denmark to establish a zero-compromise reliability strategy from day one. You will lead a technical team responsible for the operational integrity, availability, and safety of all production assets and process equipment, with close alignment to QA, EHS, and Production Planning.

You will drive preventive maintenance, implement CMMS, and manage obsolescence planning, spare parts, and risk assessments while ensuring strict adherence to ATEX

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in heavy industry or high-safety environments.
• Strong leadership of technical teams and coordination with contractors.
• Experience with regulatory standards (ATEX, SEVESO) and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for production assets.
• Lead CMMS selection and management for work orders, asset history, and costs.
• Ensure EHS compliance and rigorous LOTO and permit-to-work procedures.
