Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a working student to support portfolio views and reporting for management. You will help deliver data-driven insights and support internal projects to streamline processes in a global, fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a focus on developing governance and cost analysis tools within the Project Controlling Governance team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or starting a Master’s in business/admin/finance or related fields.
• Proactive, autonomous and results-driven in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate at all levels.
• IT flair with interest in improving processes using technology.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI; SQL knowledge a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and developing project controlling tools, BPA solutions, and dashboards with focus on automation.
• Data analysis and management by retrieving, consolidating, and linking information from multiple sources.
• Prepare monthly portfolio reporting for internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Contribute to internal digitalization and automation initiatives using Power Platform tools.
• Participate in internal projects and help organize workshops.
• Organize workload to ensure efficient time use.
