Job summary

Jupiter Bach is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer, Mechanical, to join our growing wind industry engineering team. You will work at the intersection of customers, Sales and Engineering to shape mechanical solutions from early engagement through to handover to Project Execution.

In this role you will translate customer needs into feasible mechanical designs, collaborate with internal experts, and contribute to pre-project activities to ensure engineering feasibility and commercial viability.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in Mechanical, Structural, Manufacturing or related field.
• Practical experience with mechanical design and CAD.
• Experience designing components for industrial manufacturing.
• Experience in wind or other complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and interfaces.
• Ability to balance technical, operational and commercial considerations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• PPAP and APQP4Wind experience is a plus; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical interface toward customers during pre-sales and early project phases
• Translate customer requirements into feasible mechanical engineering solutions
• Apply understanding of mechanical design, components and manufacturing to solution development
• Support Sales in customer meetings, proposals and negotiations
• Drive pre-project activities and technical alignment between customers and internal specialists
• Prepare and validate technical cost calculations and provide input to pricing decisions
• Assess engineering changes and their technical and commercial impact
• Support customer claims through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Work within PPAP and APQP4Wind processes to ensure quality and robustness
