Job summary

Jupiter Bach is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer, Composites, to bridge customers, Sales and Engineering in developing composite solutions from early engagement to handover to Product Execution. You will translate needs into feasible, technically sound solutions while balancing engineering feasibility and commercial implications.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in composites or related fields.
• Experience with design and manufacturing of composite structures.
• Experience in wind industry or similar complex manufacturing.
• Strong communication and ability to work with customers and engineers.
• Fluency in English; Danish language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical interface towards customers during pre-sales and early project phases.
• Translate customer requirements into feasible composite solutions.
• Apply knowledge of loads, geometry and strength to design.
• Support Sales in meetings, proposals and negotiations.
• Coordinate pre-project activities and align customers with internal teams.
• Prepare and validate technical cost estimates; contribute to pricing decisions.
• Assess engineering changes and their impact.
• Support customer claims with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Work within PPAP and APQP4Wind processes to ensure quality.
