Jupiter Bach is expanding from a strong composite manufacturing base toward broader engineering and full-system capabilities. We are seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer, Mechanical, to join a growing team close to customers and pre-sales activities.

You will translate customer requirements into feasible mechanical solutions, interface with customers during pre-sales and early projects, and work with internal specialists to ensure design feasibility and commercial viability.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in Mechanical, Structural, or manufacturing
• Experience with mechanical design and CAD
• Experience designing components for industrial manufacturing
• Relevant wind industry or other technically complex manufacturing experience
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering interfaces
• Ability to balance technical, operational and commercial considerations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical interface towards customers during pre-sales and early project phases
• Translate customer requirements into feasible mechanical engineering solutions
• Apply understanding of mechanical design, components and manufacturing to solution development
• Support Sales in customer meetings, proposals and negotiations
• Drive pre-project activities and technical alignment between customers and internal specialists
• Prepare and validate technical cost calculations and provide input to pricing decisions
• Assess engineering changes and their technical and commercial impact
• Support customer claims through root cause analysis and corrective actions
