Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Student Worker in Wind Farm System Design to support experienced specialists in developing data-driven insights for offshore wind farm design. You will help prepare analyses, structure input data, maintain reporting material and contribute to levelized energy cost improvements.

You will work in an international team, with limited travel, and the role is office-based in Kolding, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to turn data into insights and recommendations.
• Interest in renewable energy and the energy transition.
• Interest in Python and applying AI-enabled tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support data-driven insights for offshore wind farm design.
• Prepare analyses, structure input data, and maintain reporting material.
• Contribute to LEC-related improvement initiatives and decision-support material.
• Create dashboards and visual materials for reporting.
